Having grown up in Salt Lake City, Jessika has seen the growth of the Utah real estate market first hand. And this first hand experience started at a very young age.
"My mother is a 30+ year real estate appraiser in the state of Utah and father has been a real estate developer and general contractor my entire life. It's safe to say that real estate runs in the family. Some of my first memories are of visiting construction sites and discussing remodel potential across a dinner table. I quickly took an interest to the discussions, the creative vision behind the homes they would remodel and the lifestyle opportunities that exist for those living in this beautiful state.
If there is one thing I learned above all else, it's that location is everything. Finding the best location for you and your family with easy access to the things that are important to you make all the difference. I have taken this concept to heart and work tirelessly to make sure that the location, the feeling a home gives and the future potential all align with my clients intention. A real estate transaction can be one of the biggest decisions of an individuals life and I don't take the opportunity to help others through that decision lightly."
Aside from her love of real estate and interior design, Jessika takes advantage of the easy access to the Utah mountains and changing seasons as much as possible. A few of her favorite hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, sand volleyball, outdoor summer concerts and finding the best new book. When possible, Jessika also loves to travel to new places. She is an alumni to the University of Connecticut women's volleyball team and also travels to see some of her former teammates as much as possible.
