Jessika Long, Utah Real Estate Rookie of the Year 2022

Once a year, all Coldwell Banker offices throughout the state of Utah get together to reflect on the previous year and discuss the year ahead.  Tuesday morning, this even was held and the Marriott Center in downtown Salt Lake City and Jessika Long was named the 2022 Real Estate Rookie of the Year!  This award is given to one individual in the state based on their performance, real estate volume and impact on the community in the prior year.

As someone who got into the industry with the intention of helping my family and friends through their big life moments, this award was extremely unexpected.  To say I was shocked and overwhelmed would be an understatement!  As I stood on stage to receive this accolade, I couldn’t help but think of the few individuals who were the first to give me a shot at assisting them a few years back. I stepped into this industry fully unaware of where it would take me.  I was beyond grateful to add value to those I love as they moved through big financial decisions.  In the end, they ended up giving me so much more.  I am beyond grateful for the career that I have and the relationships that I continue to build along the way.  From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to those that have supported me!
